Just a note to say how much i enjoyed your class on monday. I learnt so much of the basic things, like how to use a knife properly, and how to cut onions etc. Also the timing in preparing a three course meal. We prepared so much lovely food, to your receipes, that even the builder who was doing some work on my house came and joined in. Glad to hear you enjoyed the bottle of wine. I will be in touch for more.
