I wholeheartedly recommend Vicki as your yoga practitioner...
From being not too enthused with yoga, probably because of past experiences, I have now come to cherish my weekly lesson with Vicki.
I am now much more aware of the strengths and weaknesses of my body and its needs. At the least, I have seen a positive improvement in my flexibility, a stronger immune system and I'm now more in tune with my 'state of mind'.
I wholeheartedly recommend Vicki as your yoga practitioner - there's no-one else like her
