Reliable, professional - kept their promises
I recently rang a number of Air Conditioning companies to come and quote on my renovations for a new Ducted Air Con system.
Dean Russell at Wattle Grove Air returned each of my calls quickly. He turned up at the exact time he promised, and spent an hour getting to understand our needs and talking us through our options. We learned a lot!
He left us a bunch of information and a proposal that really stood out from the others we received - it was clear and professional, and really helped us to make our decision.
This was not typical of the experience we received from other providers so definitely recommend giving Dean a call.
He seems to favour Actron air but was very knowledgeable on all the systems, and we were comfortable that Actron (our preference too) was a winner on that basis.
