I'm no longer obsessed by food!
For as long as I can remember I had been yo-yo dieting. My every waking thought was about what I was going to eat, when I was going to eat it and most importantly, all of the foods I COULDN'T have.
One of the first things I learned in Sonia's program was that just because I LOVE eating, doesn't mean I don't have a choice about what I put into my mouth. Before I used to feel like a slave to my own cravings, but now I'm in control.
I'm so relieved that I'm no longer obsessed by food! Eating well and exercising just feels like something I've always done now. I'm excited to see my waistline slowly but surely diminishing.
