* Pilates Courses for Beginners through to Pilates Instructors (or those wanting to become Pilates Instructors)
* Pilates Classes from Gentle classes to more fitness Pilates classes such as Pilates Toning with Props and advanced Pilates classes (Pilates Flow and Integration).
* Pilates Studio lessons which are small group classes (1 instructor per 3 clients max) and/or private tuition, on the best Pilates equipment availalble, Balance Body Pilates Equipment (including Reformer Pilates) in which you workout with a selection of personalised Pilates exercises.
* Gyrokinesis Yoga classes
* Whole Body Vibration
