I am a mature age client of REALfit. I have been with them since they started and have nothing but praise for their professionalism, thoroughness, dedication and support. Over the years I have had a number of personal trainers and they have all been experienced professionals. In particular Kimi is very dedicated and works hard at ensuring I benefit to the maximum from my sessions. She has great skills in being able to ensure that my body is doing each exercise exactly the way it was designed and so ensuring the muscles are challenged to maximize the results.
