I have been a client of Kristy’s for over two years and cannot speak highly enough about the level of service she has provided as a personal trainer. With regular commitments to a series of sports plus a busy lifestyle, it was important for me to have a trainer who was competent and flexible enough to cater the sessions depending on my requirements even at minimal notice.
Kristy has not only exceeded those expectations but has played a significant role in helping me minimise the effects of any injuries I’ve picked up, plus also qualify for a series of representative sides that in the past I never would been considered for.
