ABOUT PERSIAN ART GALLERY - MOORE PARK
At the Persian Art Gallery in the Moore Park, we carry an extensive range of handmade Persian carpets and rugs. We also carry a range of non-Persian carpets and rugs including Afghan, Indian and Pakistani. We also stock a range of modern rugs in acrylic, silk and wool and wool.
Our staff are always available for free consultation and advice on any aspect of buying and owning hand made carpets and rugs.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
Carpet and Rug Trade-ins: Come and ask the Persian Art Gallery staff for a trade-in valuation on your carpet purchase.
Repair and Restoration of Carpets and Rugs: We offer highly skilled on-site carpet repairs as well as full carpet and rug restoration services.
Rug and Carpet Cleaning: We can carry out on-site carpet cleaning and rug cleaning using a highly efficient system in which carpets are thoroughly dusted and then carefully washed in cold water. Your carpet or rug will be restored to its former glory and it's lifespan further extended. We can also remove urine and many other difficult carpet stains.

Our knowlege in relation to handmade Persian carpets and rugs is such that we gladly provide comprehensive and informative lectures. Our lecture topics include the historical perspective of Persian carpets and rugs; design weaving and finishing; appraisal and evaluation; and the origins and evolution of design. Lectures can be arranged for large or small groups.
