Not such a paradise

We've eaten here before with no problems, but our last visit was most disappointing.
They advertised a trout dish and when it arrived it was actually Ling fish.
There was no apology, only a terse 'Ling is better'.
One of the dishes we ordered never arrived, the table cloth was stained and worst of all two of our party came down with food poisoning symptoms.
Needless to say, we won't risk eating there again.
Such a shame.
I guess any restaurant can cause food poisoning now and again, or forget an order, or not notice a dirty table cloth - but substituting Ling for trout with no explanation before hand or apology after leaves room for no excuse other than poor management.
