My personal trainer, is challenging, professional and genuinely interested in helping me reach my goals. He keeps it interesting and motivates me beyond what I think I CAN do. I love his ethos... "sweat is weakness leaving the body."
Suffering from PTSD, my body is not the only thing benefiting from my times at Oxigen, my mind and my general wellbeing wouldn't be where it is without Matt and Oxigen.
