Having counselling with Chris definately helped me. As a 16 year old struggling with self harm, I needed guidance, and help from someone else to show me the perpsectives of my life, that I just couldn't see myself from close up. Counselling is serious, but sometimes it's relaxing because Chris is creative, and has a good personality, and simply puts out the truth out! Highly recommend NorthShore Counselling! If you are really struggling with life, honestly, just give it a go! You're growing up, and are trying to find who you are, and you don't need emotions in your way, revealing your uniqueness :)
