BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS
I paid $22 to have a zip fixed on my dress only to receive it back still broken and out of pocket $22. When I returned to the shop and politely asked her to fix it or refund my money I was told in a very abrupt manner that I would have to pay a further $22 as she would not refund my money and it was just “TO BAD”. I have never in my life been so disgusted with the behaviour and attitude of an individual and find it very hard to understand how she continues to get any business/repeat business with the way she treats her customers. I would strongly recommend staying away from this shop and this woman as she obviously makes her money by ripping people off.
