MORPETH SOURDOUGH BAKERY
Sourdough bread is minimally processed, high in fibre, low in salt and fat, contains no yeast or chemical additives and is low GI, making it the perfect food to include in a healthy diet.

PRODUCT RANGE:

CASALINGA
Traditional sourdough with a thick crust and bubbly texture that is baked on the stone oven floor and is great for open sandwiches or toasting.

CIABATTA
Italian slipper shaped bread with a bubbly, chewy centre and a light crunchy crust that is perfect for oil dipping, cheese plates, classic bruschetta or with a meal. Also available in rolls and with top quality kalamata olives.

BAGUETTE
Very crusty, golden sourdough stick with moist, bubbly texture that is great with seafood or soup.

LIGHT RYE
A mixture of Australian organic stone ground whole rye flour and baker's flour that produces just the right lightness.

SOURDOUGH TIN LOAVES
White Sourdough Sandwich Loaf
ideal for sandwiches and toasting, Organic Wholewheat and Sesame Loaf great for a wholesome lunch or breakfast, Fruit and Nut Loaf and Five Seed Loaf that is full of omega fatty acids.
