Despite paying in full I have still not received the property valuation report as promised.
The initial report had a number of errors which i corrected. I never even received a corrected draft and realise that it was stupid to pay this business before i had received the final product.
I foolishly assumed some level of goodwill and understand that some small businesses wait unreasonable time for payment so thought that paying when requested would result in delivery of service.
I would give zero stars if that was an option; definitely not adequate service!
Do not deal with this company. Once you have paid them all correspondence is ignored.
