Marrickville Yoga Centre offers courses and classes in Iyengar Yoga, today’s most widely practised form of yoga. It is a dynamic, physically challenging style suited to all ages, body types and levels of experience. Practitioners of Iyengar Yoga can expect improvements in strength, flexibility, balance and concentration—a reduction in stress levels and improved overall health.

Our modern, spacious centre provides a welcoming atmosphere and all yoga equipment is provided. Students can choose to enrol for the whole term. Alternatively any class on the timetable can be attended casually.
