Achieved things I never thought possible...
I have been working with Darren Briggs since Feb 09. During this time, he has helped me to achieve things I never thought possible. his constant positive reinforcement and motivation makes training fun and challenging at the same time. I have learnt that he will never ask me to do anything I am not capable of (even though I may not believe it at the time) and when I do accomplish the challenge I feel fantastic. I've lost 3 dress sizes and gained my LIFE back.
