At Leeon & Shaw Pilates Studio in Neutral Bay we offer:

Allegro Pilates (small group equipment classes): These are small groups - no more than 9 - of those who are new to Pilates . In these Pilates classes you will go through the principles of Pilates including breath control, flow, precision of movement and the foundations of core stability.

Studio Pilates: In the studio we perform some Pilates exercises on the mat and some on equipment. We emphasise "core stabilisation" which is essential in giving support to the joints and forms the basis of your strength as well as your back care. As appropriate, we will work on strength, flexibility, posture, stamina, control and body awareness using a variety of imaginative and invigorating exercises that Pilates is famous for.
