These heel orthotics have been absolutely great, I'm so amazed at how they worked. After about 3 months of continually wearing them in my joggers, the pain in my heel had decreased dramatically. I wore them until there was no pain (approx 3-4 weeks more). I was on the waiting list for surgery and when my name came up I postponed and then cancelled my name from the list. Thank you, it has made my life so much easier not having to cope with the constant pain.
