Customers may bring items for repair in to our workshop in Northbridge, or we offer a home service call facility, for which we charge a fee.
Awful service
I brought in an Amp to get fixed by these guys. I was told it would take a week to diagnose - which seemed a long time, but I could cope with that.
I had to call them myself [2 weeks later] to get an update – and was told that I might get an answer by the end of the week - that's three weeks just to diagnose a possible problem.
When I suggested that if I had been told that it would take three weeks just to diagnose I would have taken it somewhere else .... I was “talked over” by the guy on the ‘phone – and told that he was “real busy”.
Obviously not on my job he isnt !
Not happy. I would expect a business that has “been around for 50 years” to be better at service.
