Based in the inner northern suburbs of Perth, Fit 30 offers a mobile training service throughout the Perth metropolitan area.  Specialising in women's fitness we have developed 30 minute affordable exercise programs that can easily become a part of your daily routine.  Train with a personal trainer or alternatively take a look at the DIY Fit Kit, a guide to healthy eating and easy to follow exercise programs for all levels of fitness.

We offer one-on-one, partner or small group training sessions (with a maximum of six per group). Depending on your level of motivation and fitness requirements we can recommend which option is suitable for you to achieve your desired results.

Each training session runs for 30 minutes and will involve a combination of cardiovascular and strength training. The cardiovascular training is tailored to the activities you enjoy and may include, walking, jogging, boxing, interval training, stepping or agility training.  During strength training your personal trainer will use weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, your body weight and a variety of other equipment to improve balance and core strength.

We will ensure each session is different from the last and we are always happy to incorporate your preferred method of exercise where suitable.

Prices vary depending on your preferred method of training and incentives apply for referrals who sign up with Fit 30 for regular personal training sessions.
