Dr Kim Extremely Friendly Personality
Last week was the first time I went to see Dr Kim. I particularly dont like going to the dentist due to past bad experiences but one of my friends said Dr Kim was fantastic and that he would take good care of me. Upon entering the surgery, I was really nervous but I was greeted by the friendly staff and had a little chat with them which made my nerves settle a bit. I was then taken in on time and seen by Dr Kim who had an extremely friendly personality. I was starting to get a little apprehensive when I knew it was time to have a filling done but Dr Kim reassured me that there was nothing to worry about. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and before I knew it, he had placed the filling. I honestly didnt feel much discomfort at all, which, now that think about it, was d

After being recommended to Dr Kim I certainly have no regrets. What a fabulous Practice, what a fabulous Dentist! Dr Kim swiftly repaired some serious issues that had been previously overlooked... he is really friendly in his approach, takes time to explain the process, is extremely skilled and very passionate about achieving the best result for his patients - both financially and aesthetically. He and his team simply want you to be nothing less than very happy. I have had a fear of dentists for a very long time, then I found this clinic - all I can say it is perfect. They understood my needs within few moments and actually listened to me. I am so scared of needles, and I was advised that I had to have a root canal done. The Dr. explained to me the procedure, and even though I was a bit hesitant, I had ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN during the treatment - amazing - so gently done.... The team was fantastic, it made me feel relaxed all the way, very professional. I am very happy to have found my now permanent dentist at Dentist Castle Hill. Great dentist great place.
I was looking for a local childrens dentist in castle hill for my family and found Multicare dental on google so i did not know what to expect. I was worried about going to the dentist and have put it off for myself but when i was able to see how the dentist was with my children i booked in myself. The whole experience was so professional.
