In 2012 Eden Outdoor Living were chosen by us to erect our Cedar Lined Patio, we had communication issues with the 2 workers on-site.
This is minor compared to the ongoing problems we have had with our cedar lined ceiling leaking with every rain shower.
Ongoing attempts to have this leaking problem fixed, repaired, sealed have been dragging out and we have been ignored and not taken seriously.
Since the ongoing ceiling problems, phone calls, emails to Craig, he has to this day never stepped foot back in our patio to see for himself the water damage to our cedar ceiling.
To this day our ceiling leaks. We posted a review online, we were then contacted by Craig asking us to remove the post!
