BEWARE SCAMMERS very poor!!!

Brought scoopon voucher but when I tried to use it I was told I could only use voucher if I purchased $120 of beauty products!
Big scam. Also salon is in a bad area and looks very tacky and dirty. :-(

Ripped off

I had my appointment today to get ultrasonic fat cavitation which I purchased from scoopons. I suffer from endimitrious so my menstrual cycle has a mind of its own and it just so happen to bless me with its presence today! I called dermal beauty to advise them of this as it was stated on my voucher I could not get the treatment done while having ur period. The owner told me too bad ur whole voucher is now voided and i lose all 7 appointments I had paid for. This company is a scam.. I will be taking this further to fair trading as I believe I should be entitled to a refund of some sort. I can understand losing 1 appointment for cancellation but not all 7! The owner is out to rip people off.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

RIPPED OFF AND TREATED BADLY

Got 2 x vouchers off scoopon which gave me and my sister $350 each worth of treatments.
We got a shellac pedicure which started chipping off after 6 days and a pumpkin peel which left our skin dry and patchy.
We still had $155 left so we booked in for $50 worth of waxing and tinting. I am 38 weeks pregnant and rushed into hospital with severe pains and told i may have to go in for an emergancy c section. I rung dermal beauty and they told me i had to give 48 hours notice (which in my case was not possible) and that the rest of our vouchers would be voided.
My sister then spoke to them asking why they were taking $155 away from us when we had only booked in to use $50. There is nothing in the fine print stating they have the right to void vouchers. THEN THEY HUNG UP ON MY SISTER !!

Fantastic results from dermal beauty

Iv been visiting dermal beauty for the last 6 months, iv had a number of different treatments, and i can easily say this is one of the best salons iv ever been too! give it a try :)

After reading these reviews I'm very pleased to say that i went to DERMAL BEAUTY and had some of the best treatments i have ever recieved!!! If you are late for a treatment anywhere your treatment will be cut down or not done at all.

So maybe people reading these reviews should really try it out for themselves rather than listening to a bunch of whinging people!!!!

Lovely service, great results

I have had two skin peels done here and eyelash extention (on sale) I am very happy with the results. It was an enjoyable experience with the staff all lovely and the facility inside quite suprising.

Rip off by Dermal Beauty

I bought a voucher and booked my appointment (it was very hard because they only do IPL on Tue -Thur, and I am working). However due to unforseen circumstance I wasn't able to attend. I called them later and apologised and requested to reschedule considering my voucher still not expire until sometime May but I was declined. So when I tried to negotiate if they can refund partly or pay the late payment... guess what I was just being cut short and the lady hang out my call!! I have then I lodged a complaincomplaint to Dpt of Commerce and the outcome is they still dont even want to consider to do partial refund or any other form of compensation. illegitimate business practises

I made an appointment for 3.45pm to use my $40 scoupon for teeth whitening at Dermal Beauty. When I arrived at 3.45 they claimed that my appointment was actually for 3pm, so I was late and my scoupon was cancelled.

I was not allowed to re-schedule, and I was told that I lose my money and I can't have my teeth whitening performed.

I have asked for a refund directly from Dermal Beauty and I was denied.

Very disappointed.

I saw an ad in the newspaper and rang up and paid in full and upfront.After weeks on end ringing to get an appointment i was given one. When i arrived i was given papers to fill out and was shown the room and was asked to wait. After some time the lady came back into the room and asked what i wanted done, when i told her that i had paid and counldnt remember what i paid for she went to check. However she couldn't find my reciept and said that she could not go ahead with anything. After travelling 25mins to get there and finding a baby sitter i was told to re-book.Its funny how organised people are when collecting money from you but can't organise a simple reciept. Unhappy with the costumer service offered. They made me feel like a fool...
