Owners Melanie Starr & Jared Ingersoll believe the Danks St Depot cafe and bar in Waterloo is the best environment in which to enjoy wonderful food, drinks & service. Founded on principles of the Slow Food movement, the cafe menus feature the best of local produce prepared simply in beautiful, unfussy and approachable ways.

Danks St Depot have implemented an ‘All Australian' policy across the menu meaning that as far as possible, all the ingredients used in the production of dishes are Australian and that all beer and wines sold in the bar are Australian produced.
