Welcome to Bondi Boxing Gym and Bondi Muay Thai. We offer a variety of Classes from Traditional Boxing, kick Boxing and Muay Thai, a high intensity workout based on the basic to advanced techniques used in Thai Boxing. All classes are catered for the client’s level of fitness and experience from the beginner to the advanced. For the more committed fighters, we have the Fight Club and we also run kids Boxing kick Boxing and Muay Thai Class. All our instructors are well experienced and have a wide range of knowledge in either Boxing Kick Boxing and Muay Thai. Personal training is available for every one.
