I feel Ripped Off
I took my road bike for a service and a rear deralier. The guy specified they would "install the rear deralier, clean it up, tighten the bolts and do a general service including greasing up the chain". I had a call 3 days later that they ALREADY done $80+ work and I would be charged for it. I told them not to do any more work and to let me know before they decide to charge me more. When I complained they claimed there was to be no refund, parts would get taken off the bike and that the "clean" was only for the areas that they actually did work on, not the actual bike. So after admitting that the work shouldn't have been done without my permission, they told me they would call me back on the Monday. I've called them, still no response, and I'm still trying to get my money back...
