Horrendous Service
Bought a deal recently on Scoopon. Had to call and leave repeated voicemails but to no avail. Finally secured an appointment and arrived at salon 5 mins late (my fault) Bianca who manages the salon told me she took in a customer and I needed to wait. (do salons normally book in two appointments 5 mins apart ??) I waited from 1135am - 1210pm but with no indication of my appointment. Made a feedback to Scoopon, after several emails, Bianca called me back and surprisingly, she was unhappy with me. Rude, unprofessional and with zero customer service. No words left to say.
