Sadly, I opted to have two fans installed by contractors of Beacon Lighting. We were told the fans would be installed within a few days. It was nearly 2 weeks before they were installed. Not the end of the world but after the installation, the hot water system failed to work. This wasn't discovered until the evening. The electrician was not able to attend so sent a colleague to fix it. I was left with a bill to pay. I tried to sort it out through Beacon Lighting but after chasing them for a further week or two, they told me that the work done could not have caused the fault. Obviously, this is incorrect as my hot water worked, and then it didn't after the works. Very disappointing indeed. Do not use this service, indeed do not shop there at all
