The Biennale of Sydney is Australia’s largest contemporary visual arts event and is presented FREE to the public every two years. The free exhibition is presented over 12 weeks in the heart of Sydney at leading contemporary art spaces and on world heritage-listed Cockatoo Island. Alongside the exhibition, the Biennale presents artist talks, guided tours, performances, forums, family days and other special events – all free to the public.
